A day in the life…
Working at the Rack is a team sport,and as a member of our cleaning support team, you’ll…

• Keep the restrooms and store tidy, including restocking paper products, cleaning, and removing and disposing of trash and recycle, according to safety guidelines
• Proactively stock and organize supplies and equipment
• Perform light maintenance duties
• Set and exceed personal and company goals while delivering amazing customer service to store employees every day

You own this if you…

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Have solid verbal skills, as well as strong attention to detail
• Excel at working independently while supporting a team environment
• Are all about accountability, initiative and have a high level of ownership
• Take great pride and satisfaction providing a clean, comfortable environment that makes customers and employees happy
• Have experience operating cleaning equipment such as a commercial vacuum, automatic floor scrubber, carpet extractor or power washer
• Be able to work the 2 a.m.–10:30 a.m. shift or the 11 a.m.–8 p.m. shift
