A family owned, rapidly growing durable medical equipment company in Medina, Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The mission of this company is to provide each customer with individual concern, superior service and integrity.
We Offer:
Full-time hours: Tue-Fri 10am-7pm; Sat 8am-4pm
$10.00 - $12.00 / hour
Paid Weekly
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
Duties:
Customer Service Representative: Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients.
- Take inbound orders via phone or email and dispatch for prompt delivery.
- Dispatches and tracks all orders received.
- Scan all documentation into the system.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services in order to resolve product and service problems by clarifying what the issue is and suggest solutions.
Requirements:
2 – 5 years call center or administrative experience
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
