Job Responsibilities

Your specific duties as a Order Fulfillment Specialist will include:

    • Processing each order completely and accurately for shipping, picking specific items and quantities as called for.

    • Packing the orders in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, verifying order accuracy by order number, customer number, product, quantity

    • Performing receiving duties – counting new product coming into the warehouse, organizing product by size, quality checking product, and barcoding product

    • Performing accurate inventory checks on current and new stock

    • Performing other duties as assigned by management

    • Resolving order issues with customers

Job Requirements

As a Order Fulfillment Specialist, you must be a professional and accountable self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You must also be highly organized and deadline-oriented with strong multitasking skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to remain flexible and respond to changing priorities while remaining focused on results. It is also vital that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well and communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization.

Specific qualifications for the Order Fulfillment Specialist position include:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong focus on teamwork and cooperation

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to lift 35 lbs

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • EXPERIENCE IN CLOTHING RETAIL IS A PLUS!
