EAP Cnslr NE Per Diem

Position is for an On-site EA Professional to work at the customers site for specific amount of hours paid for through the customer's agreement with Optum. Duties include assessments, face-to-face counseling, referral, record management, monthly conference supervision calls, completion of documents such as monthly activity, case conferences, etc. And be available to meet with managers/supervisors for business unit support, consultations, and provide a Broad-brush approach at the customers site. Must be licensed, masters level clinician.
Must be willing to use personal computer to receive E-mail alerts and complete Learn Source training from home as there are no UHG equipment issued to any of the Onsite teams.

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Licensed, Masters Degree with EAP experience perferred.
