Bring your proven product engineering and execution abilities to this highly visible, mission-critical leadership role. Reporting to the VP, Provider Engineering you will be accountable for delivering software products and ongoing releases to enable efficiency in the healthcare compliance space.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with Product Management to formulate product strategies and product priorities and ensure delivery excellence for those products
- Ensuring delivery of high quality software on schedule and on budget by taking ownership for the full life cycle of projects from concept to implementation
- Creating and maturing processes to ensure repeatable and predictable results
- Driving changes in both the software lifecycle processes and team culture
- Evolving our Agile/Scrum methodology
- Providing leadership to a team of over 40 software engineering professionals including a large team of global resources
- Identifying and mentoring software engineering leaders and managers in order to build a high performance team
- Planning, forecasting, budgeting and allocating resources to meet organizational goals

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Requirements
- 10 + years of commercial software engineering leadership experience with a focus on market leading products
- 7 + years of people leadership experience, including teams upward of 30 people
- Proven success delivering commercial software products on time, on budget and on quality
- Demonstrated success building and supporting highly available SaaS solutions
- Experience leading commercial software product roadmaps
- Thorough understanding of the commercial software budgeting and planning processes
- Demonstrated experience obtaining results in a matrixed environment
- Success building, growing and mentoring teams in an ever changing environment
