About this job

The work of the Inventory Control Specialist is accomplished using applications and on-line reference tools. The Inventory Control Specialist's productive output is guided by performance objectives for the position that specify the volume of documents to be processed on an hourly basis and required accuracy and quality performance standards.

Essential Job Functions
* Opening, sorting, and cataloging mail according to specified procedures and inventory control processes
* Scanning X-Rays and photographing dental molds
* Scanning claims and various clinical documents, ensuring that the integrity of the documents for individual files are retained as an intact unit
* Maintaining standardized productivity, accuracy and quality performance standards for documents processed
* Attend weekly team meetings relating to data entry and inventory control, updates on company and departmental policies and procedures, and other related communications
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements
* Prior administrative experience preferred
* High School diploma preferred; High School equivalency certification required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong skills in using Microsoft Office applications and other windows-based applications
