Job description/roles and responsibilities: As a SCRA Remediation Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to review customer accounts and perform remediation actions on projects of high complexity with cross functional impacts for the Auto Finance or Student Lending/Outside Service Provider (OSP) business (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act [SCRA]). These actions will be performed in compliance with regulations, Corporate Policies, LOB policies, and LOB procedures. This includes, but is not limited to: processing actions on various systems of record, validation and updating of Word and Excel documentation, and referencing existing policy and procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Review accounts, including past documentation across various systems of records, against processes, procedures, and documentation, to ensure procedures were followed.
* Ability to analyze processes from beginning to end through detailed review to identify exceptions to policy and procedure.
* Clear, accurate, and consistent documentation of review results.
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements while ensuring quality adherence.
* Daily interaction with project team, including quality control analysts, project managers, and remediation execution managers.
* Must stay current on all policies and procedures to incorporate that knowledge into thorough reviews.
* May include the review of actions performed by junior analysts and work focused on accounts and projects of higher complexity.

Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.
