Job Description
* Develops, leads, and implements the Catering process
* Ensure all activities are performed to planned specifications of the client, achieving an outstanding level of guest satisfaction and delivering consistent repeat business
* Set up and oversee all banquet functions. Supervise room set-ups, service, and clean-up of all banquet functions
* Be available during all major Banquet functions and supervise numerous banquets at the same time
* Maintain banquet equipment, order supplies, linens, uniforms, etc.
* Grows catering sales through repeat business and effective marketing
Requirements
* Extensive knowledge of food
* Position requires travel to off property sites - Vehicle provided
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance
* Experienced supervising, scheduling, training and developing new staff
