Primary Responsibilities:



  • Initial
    Behavioral Health Triage of members in a Call Center environment.
  • Analyze and
    investigate member questions.
  • Provide
    explanations and interpretations of Benefits/coverage, Benefit
    Authorizations, Treatment Plan processing, and assistance in finding
    Behavioral Health services.


Requirements



Required Qualifications:




  • Master's Degree
    in a Behavioral Health field (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work). 
  • 3+ years of
    post-Master's experience in the Behavioral Health field with Direct Client
    Contact (via phone or in person)
  • Ability to
    create, edit, save & send documents using Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to type
    35-40 WPM with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must work
    Tuesday through Friday, 8 hour shift between 1pm – 9:30pm pm & Sat
    hours: 10:00am - 6pm  - schedule
    requires flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:




  • Call Center
    experience.
  • Registered
    Intern with BBS (Board of Behavioral Services).
  • ASIST (Applied
    Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Certified.
  • Crisis Center
    experience.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
