REM Ramsey, a member of The Mentor Network, is seeking a Program Director with knowledge and experience in in-home (hourly) supports to manage the day to day operations of a case load of individuals in Ramsey County diagnosed with Mental Health concerns, Developmental Disabilities, and Traumatic Brain Injuries. Based our of North St. Paul, the Program Director’s Essential Job Functions include:

· Ensuring quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements

· Maintaining and fostering relationships with case managers and Interdisciplinary Team Members

· Providing leadership, training and direct supervision of Program Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals

Requirements:

§ four-year college degree required in a related field

§ Two years of experience serving people with developmental disabilities, mental health and brain injury.

§ Experience with alternative apartment support services, and in-home hourly services strongly preferred.

§ At least one year of supervisory experience

§ QMRP or Designated Coordinator recognition preferred.

§ Knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state regulations.

§ Demonstrated ability in areas of leadership, personnel, employee training, and public relations.

§ Skilled in written and oral communication, community relations and service development.

§ Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of behavior management principles, program development, and monitoring techniques.

§ Eligible as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Department of Human Services, and the Company’s Corporate Compliance Plan.

§ Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier.
