Customer Service Associate
Job Description:
The CSA/Business Recovery position will perform a variety of mailing processing duties involving the set up and operation of high-speed production printers and mail inserting equipment, Quality Assurance Control, and Warehouse functions.
Candidates with experience in any one of the following will be considered:
•Adequate knowledge of OCE, Xerox or IBM production printer.
•Capable to operate Pitney Bowes Series 8, 9, and APS mail inserting equipment.
•Sufficient mail production process quality review and control skills.
•Strong material handling, warehousing and inventory abilities.
•Comfortable with Quality Control.
In addition, all candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to communicate in English – both written and orally.
•Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
•Capable of lifing up to 50 lbs.
•Ability to work overtime as required.
•Willingness to travel periodically as required
•General P.C. knowledge.
•Ability to accurately maintain logs and complete reports.
