SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates branch support along with performing assigned core functional responsibilities (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Customer Service) according to company policies and procedures. Coordinates human resource administrative functions and implements and installs any changes affecting systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned. • Organizes and support office operations and procedures such as flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. • Prepares, verifies and disseminates all financial, accounting, customer and management reports • Coordinates activities of various departments or workers within the branches they support • Monitors their core responsibility reports and manage exceptions • New Hire Administration to the branch you reside QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area and volume. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draws valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: As required by federal and state law.
