Job Description
Machining wheels, brackets, railings and axles for industrial cranes
Change out tools from crib, tweak dimensions for custom piece machining
Primarily operating Haas CNC MIll
Secondary duties running manual equipment and CNC lathe
Able to adjust programs from job to job and select proper tools
Set up CNC according to mechanical drawings and blueprints
Responsible for slot cutting, planing, drilling, rebating, routing and any other necessary machining
Assist with assembly when needed
Work Environment:
Heavy Manufacturing. Hot / Dirty
7AM - 4PM with overtime / Mon - Fri (sat as needed)
If 2nd shift preferred could hire on 3PM - 11PM shift
When busy could work up 50-60 hours a week. Unplanned OT
