About this job
Responsible for all environmental monitoring, sampling, testing, and submission of test results; ensuring compliance with all erosion and sediment control requirements; ensuring the proper operation of all water treatment units; and have control over all, onsite environmental aspects of the work.
Contractor will observe project activities for compliance with approved Permits, and applicable Federal, State & Local laws and regulations. If noncompliance occurs they will be required to report any issues which may endanger health and safety or the environment to the ESCR (Environmental Senior Compliance Rep).
Daily will be responsible for filling out daily compliance reports. Also, have to perform Outfall testing for any places where water would enter the river from a discharge location.
Must have NPDES certification
