About this job

I am currently seeking qualified candidates to join a great team this season as a customer service representative. I am looking for candidates who have worked in a customer first environment or in a call center. 1-2 years minimum experience.

Other qualifications

  • Must have experience and confidence with MS Office.
  • There is a lot of order entry while taking each phone call.
  • Must be able to navigate through a computer/internet, moving through screens.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt to change.
  • Candidate has strong interpersonal, analytical, and reasoning skills.
  • They need to know how to problem solve, such as "where is my order".
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications and maintain composure under pressure.
  • High integrity and a team player attitude are essential.
  • Friendly and personable, personality is ESSENTIAL.
