Back of House (Cook)

We are looking for experienced cooks with 2+ year’s high volume, full service experience to work in our upbeat, fast paced and rewarding environment.

There are opportunities for advancement to shift leader and management positions as we promote heavily from within. Benefits include competitive wages commensurate with experience and a fun, upbeat work environment.

Requirements:

• Two years of prior work experience with griddles as well as food prep.
• Prepare multiple orders in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must have ability to use and properly clean a griddle, grinder and deep fryer.
• The ability to work in a friendly and effective manner with other team member

About Mohegan Holding Company, LLC

They have entered into a multi-unit development agreement with Smashburger, a rapidly growing and award winning “better burger” franchise, to open16 Smashburger franchises in various counties in CT, MA, and all of RI. This agreement offers significant career growth potential for dedicated and motivated employees who want to be part of the Mohegan Smashburger restaurant team. The position below represents a position in the first Mohegan owned Smashburger franchise which is planned to open in Waterford, CT in late November. This position will be hired and the individual brought on board in early November.
