CNC Machinist

Our client is an industry leading manufacturer of high performance electromechanical motion control systems primarily for aerospace applications. Their main product lines include High Performance Electric Motors and High Accuracy Position Sensors, Analog and Digital Control Electronics, High-Performance and Precision Rotary and Linear Actuation Systems, Electro-Hydrostatic Actuators, Flight Deck and Fly-By-Wire Systems, Build-to-Print Products, and complete Systems Integration and Program Management of our complementary product lines. Beyond their standard product lines, we offer additional services including: Environmental Testing, Manufacturing and Machining, Concurrent Engineering, and Prototyping.

Our client is seeking an individual who can operate a CNC Lathe turning or Mill machinery.

Openings on both 1st and 2nd shift.

Job Duties:
-make simple set ups and also operate CNC Lathes or Mills machines using prepared programs and written instructions
-Operate manual lathe with pre-set tooling
-remove all burrs from parts
-monitor all set up and cycle times
-perform all quality checks with micrometers and calipers
-Must have setup and operation experience
-Will have to read and understand blueprints. They will get jobs in a box and go set them up.
