Aerotek Engineering is looking for a Project/Services Coordinator to work in Nashville, TN. This person will be responsible for calling and taking calls from clients, entering work orders, dispatching service calls to technicians, auditing work tickets, planning and maintaining all current and planned projects and scheduling them out with the service manager, etc.
Qualifications:
* AS degree preferred but not required
* Goal oriented and ability to meet deadlines
* HVAC experience highly preferred but not required
* Strong attention to details especially when multitasking
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
* 1-5+ years in a similar role directing/delegating techs and/or projects is highly preferred
* Strong customer service (with internal employees and clients/customers) skills with the client always in mind
