About this job

Objective:

Ensure that the cleaning work is successfully completed in their assigned accounts within budget hours. Communicate daily with the Operations Manager and Service Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Supplies and equipment to assigned buildings on a regular schedule.
  • Train employees in account startups and filling vacancies.
  • Conduct Quality Inspections of assigned accounts as scheduled. Review inspections with Service Partners to encourage continued customer satisfaction and to correct any quality deficiencies. Submit completed inspections to the Operations Manager on a timely basis.
  • Assist in satisfactorily completing cleaning in assigned accounts. Fill in when accounts aren’t staffed as needed.

Be a Team player working hand in hand with the Operations Manager and Service Partners with the goal of Customer Satisfaction and Cleaning Excellence in all we do.

Must be available 7 days per week as needed. Must be able to pass a background check as well as a drug screen. Majority of hours worked will be in the evenings Monday - Friday, but some assigned accounts are during the day time hours as well as on the weekends.
