MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
We are seeking a Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with retail store functions including customer service, sales, POS system functions, operations and visual merchandising.

• Ensure customers receive the best possible service.
• Contribute to the achievement of the store sales plan.
• Lead by example through suggestive and cross-selling.
• Ensure efficient and accurate cash register operations.
• Encourage the performance of employees with sales goals and a plan for meeting store goals.
• Assist with the implementation of retail planograms.
• Ensure that polices and procedures are followed accurately in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be eighteen years of age
Must have high school diploma/GED
Must pass the pre-employment Drug Test
Must pass the pre-employment Background Check
Must pass other pre-employment tests, if applicable

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITILES, and COMPETENCIES:

• One (1)+ year of retail customer service/sales experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service achievements.
• Previous visual merchandising/planogram experience preferred.
• Self-starter and motivator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including POS, Word and Excel knowledge.
• Flexible availability to include days, evenings and weekends.
