Responsibilities:
- Customer Service representatives will be taking calls from members and questions on benefits, claims, payments, different products etc. with the goal of resolution and retention
- Documenting information during and after calls
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Customer service reps are taking on average 35+ calls per day with an average of 9 minutes of call time. The best make 45+ with maintaining high retention of detail and able to navigate the systems with ease.
