We are Ultimate Phone Concierge, a small but quickly growing high-end concierge and appointment setting service for dental offices around the country and the world. At this time we need to add 4 full time concierges to our friendly, hardworking team.
About the role:
Our Inbound Call Specialists (ICS) handle up to and sometimes over 10 calls per hour. ICSs politely assist callers with a range of needs from scheduling to emergency situations.
The position requires excellent listening, comprehension and speaking skills as well as the ability to write clearly, concisely and quickly using correct grammar and spelling. We also require excellent computer and typing skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Work and Excel.
We look for reliable and trustworthy employees with a sense of urgency. Candidates must be fluent in English -- bilingual is always a plus!
We always answer inbound phone calls in a warm polite manner, with a smile! Our concierges are able to maintain control of each call and guide to the proper conclusion using our script. We see every call as an opportunity to schedule a new or existing patient appointment.
This position does require evening and weekend hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business is required.
Our business hours are 6am-2am 7 days /week
