Key responsibilities include:* Baking goods and pastries from standardized recipes in predetermined quantities
* Maintaining cleanliness and food preparation according to state and local health department code requirements
* Ensuring food supply is rotated and that perishables are labeled, dated and stored properly
* Keeping working areas, including baking station, coolers and freezers clean
* Maintaining a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices

We seek the following qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of related baking experience, preferably in a commercial kitchen
* Customer-focused with ability to work in fast-paced environments
* Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work rotating weekends and holidays
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
