Employees will be picking orders in a warehouse of pharmecuticals. The position is a physical position that requires bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, twisting and kneeling. It's very important that the employee has attention to detail because if their picks aren't accurate the product will be shipped to the wrong area. They will use a picking system which is an automated system that employees use a small headset and talk into. They will ask for another order and tell the headset when they are done. They also can ask to repeat the numbers to the product.
