We are looking for the following:

  • 1-2 years restaurant management experience in high volume concept/brand.
  • Progressive restaurant experience: crew/team member to line cook/BOH to management
  • High Energy, warm personality, intelligent, solid work ethic, exceptional communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong trainer who has proven track record of gaining respect and loyalty from the crew.
  • Passion for the industry.
  • Desire and ability to grow with the company
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to foster and maintain a fun and genuine atmosphere
  • Adhere to all corporate and franchise standards

Job Description:

  • Monitors and observes the day-to-day activities of the crew, coordinates breaks for hourly associates, and keeps management informed of any issues
  • Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
  • Coordinates with management for on-the-job training of new crew members
  • Operates cash register and follows all cash handling policies/procedures while maintaining proper security of cash at all times
  • Implements product rotation based on product code dates, FIFO
  • Resolves customer complaints in a manner consistent with company policy, and with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Practices excellent food safety and sanitation practices
  • Monitors compliance with safety guidelines, builds awareness about safety, and reports any safety concerns to management
