Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

of data and business processes. Research encounter flow problems which
originate with provider data, discover the root cause, recommend solutions,
follow those solutions through to completion.  Be a mentor to the Jr. Ba's
on the team and provide direction and insight while utilizing that same team
and their skill sets to find solutions to encounter submission problems. 
Investigating issues will take you on a journey of learning through databases,
data flows, inbound, outbound files, pick logic, etc. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED and 3+ years equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in
    Healthcare/finance analysis
  • 2+ years experience with SQL and Excel

  • Knowledge of PL/SQL, Sybase, Access
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of
    business processes

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of relational databases and database structures


  • Degree in Healthcare
    Administration or related healthcare experience
  • Experience with provider data in
    the healthcare market
