A Store Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales by developing relationships with regular paint contractors and new customers. In addition:
Receive, store and distribute paint and related products.
Tint paint, match paint and stain colors and make product recommendations to customers -lifting, moving and stocking one and five-gallon buckets of paint.
Maintain clean store environment.
Provide exceptional service to all customers.
Deliver product to a customer as needed.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Maintain an understanding of local market, operations based selling and customer base.
Abide by all company policies and procedures and maintain safe and ethical working environment.

3504 S Minnesota Ave
Sioux Falls SD 57105
Store Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am to 12 pm
Sundays: Closed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED - some college credit, preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of successful retail sales experience and store operations.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift gallons of paint and merchandise.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Authorization to work permanently in the United States.
