Large mortgage company seeking customer service representatives

Candidates will be responsible for:

- Resolving issues for home owners about there mortgage.
- Providing information on amounts owed, due date, payoff amounts due, principal balances.
- Processing payments and also set up payment plans.
- Reviewing homer owner account to see what best options are available to them when they are no long able to pay for the home, with out falling into foreclosure.

The work week is as follows:

M - 10:30am - 8:30pm

T-F - 12:00pm - 8:30pm (with one day off)

Sat - 8:30am - 5pm

An average week will be 42 hours (paid 1.5x for overtime).


They will be training all candidates on the job for about 6 weeks on a full time schedule 8:30am-5pm. The position is an open ended contract with the opportunity to go permanent.

Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree

OR

- 3+ years of recent/consistent Call Center experience
