Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time

CoWorx is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturing company in Gardner, MA.

Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot and repair equipment utilizing electrical and hydraulic schematics
Will be working with injection molding machines
Perform scheduled PM's on injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment
Perform scheduled facilities PM's to identify and repair hydraulic leaks on injection molding machinery Assist and work with lead mechanics to perform hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical repairs to injection molding machinery

Candidates must be able to work a 1st or 2nd shift. with occasional Saturdays.

Tool room experience, organization and inventory is a plus but not required.
Experience with hand tools, stick welders, bench top drills, band saws all may
be used. Perform preventative maintenance on machines.

The ideal candidates will be reliable, dedicated individuals with the ability to professionally interact and work with employees on all levels of an organization. Must have the ability to take charge using discretion and independent judgment as well as work in a team environment is necessary.

Preferred qualifications include:
* Minimum 10 years experience
* Tool room experience
* Organization and inventory is a plus but not required.
* Experience with hand tools, stick welders, bench top drills, band saws - all may be used.
* Perform preventative maintenance on machines.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ years experience as a Machine Operator in a production environment
Candidates must be able to speak and read directions in English clearly
