Our client in San Ramon is looking for an energetic, self-motivated professional to join their team as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The right candidate will work in a team environment committed to the company's continued growth.

Job Description:
  • Schedule executive meetings and travel plans
  • Assist executives in meetings, preparing documents and presentations
  • Answer phones and respond to e-mails from clients
  • Maintain telecommunication system
  • Set appointments for Advisors and Office Manager
  • Complete Check Deposit slips
  • Distribute mail
  • Maintain breakroom
  • Prepare spreadsheets for 401(k) and Medical benefits for potential clients
  • Maintain client files and maintain/order office supplies
  • Send out and receive mail and General Office, phones, filing, faxing, emails


Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher
  • Excellent English and Grammar skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Understands the importance of follow-through
  • Ability to work with different types of personalities, a dedicated team player
  • Experience supporting/coordinating special projects
