Job Description:
- Schedule executive meetings and travel plans
- Assist executives in meetings, preparing documents and presentations
- Answer phones and respond to e-mails from clients
- Maintain telecommunication system
- Set appointments for Advisors and Office Manager
- Complete Check Deposit slips
- Distribute mail
- Maintain breakroom
- Prepare spreadsheets for 401(k) and Medical benefits for potential clients
- Maintain client files and maintain/order office supplies
- Send out and receive mail and General Office, phones, filing, faxing, emails
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher
- Excellent English and Grammar skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong sense of urgency
- Understands the importance of follow-through
- Ability to work with different types of personalities, a dedicated team player
- Experience supporting/coordinating special projects
