Position Description:




Be a part of an elite team of customer service professionals that support a very special customer. The Member Services Specialist conducts a wide range of inbound and outbound phone calls in support of members of the "Special Care Plus" program in the state of Arizona. Our customers are dual eligible for Medicare and Medicaid and require a special touch to help them understand and use the program and benefits for which they are eligible. Member Services Specialists will provide the highest degree of service to members while answering questions and providing guidance and direction.

Requirements

Requirements:


  • High school diploma/ GED

  • Must speak both Spanish and English fluently

  • 2+ years previous telephone customer service experience

  • 1+ years Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

  • Must be able to type 35+ wpm
Assets:


  • Knowledge of Medicare and/ or Medicaid is strongly preferred

  • 1+ years Call Center environment history preferred
Work Environment:


  • Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands/ fingers across keyboard or mouse

  • Office environment
