At Oakwood, we recognize that our employees are vital in fulfilling our mission of delivering world-class service to our internal and external clients alike.We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Service Representative, to work out of our Sunnyvale office, to ensure that all units meet Oakwood's quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter and update apartment status information into several systems
  • Inspect apartments prior to move-in and after housekeeping services, using a checklist on an electronic device
  • Perform pre move-out inspections.
  • Coordinate keys, gate cards and remotes for all housekeeping units.
  • Complete service requests as needed.
  • Assist in training new Associates.
  • Enter apartment status information into a system.
  • Perform clerical duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) products and basic internet skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Prior experience working with proprietary database or tracking systems is strongly preferred.
  • Clear verbal communication skills in English are required
  • Bi-lingual, Spanish/English
  • 3-5 years experience in cleaning or housekeeping at an apartment, hotel or similar environment.
  • 1-2 years as a lead or direct experience scheduling housekeeping associates.
  • Experience in a customer service-related field would also be helpful.
