Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Director Position:
*The primary focus will be managing the daily operations of the assigned location; identifying and resolving issues to ensure quality care for our clients.
*Operates in accordance with T's Learning Center's policies and procedures in conjunction with the Department of Children and Families.
*Manages difficult or emotional situations; responds promptly to clients' needs; solicits clients' feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments.
*Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well; effectively influences actions and opinions of others; accepts feedback from others; gives appropriate recognition to others.
*Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and material properly.
*Fulfills all record-keeping responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements:
*Must meet the Florida guidelines required by the state
*Associates Degree or higher is required
*Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education highly desired
*One year of experience in a management position
*Two years of childcare experience
*Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and succeed while meeting the demands of constant transition
*Uses time efficiently, prioritizes and plans work activities
*Ability to supervise and direct
*A team builder with a positive outlook
*Maintain professionalism at all times
*Strong computer skills and detail orientated
