Dollar Loan Center continues to Grow and we are looking for some experienced Supervisors to join our incredible team!
This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned store. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that the store operates smoothly, excellent customer service is provided, loan analysis is performed diligently, transactions and reports are accurately completed, and that ultimately the short-term financial needs of our customers are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managerial: Understand, manage, and facilitate all that is required for day to day operations,
Customer Service: Promote friendly, enthusiastic environment which consistently strives to meet and exceed the needs of our customers
Loan Analysis: Analyze and understand all loan data, verifying information within U/W guidelines.
Sales: Manage ways to approve rather than deny loans, articulating the DLC Advantage over competitors
Collections: Make timely, consistent, and effective calls following all company guidelines
Technical Skills: Opening and Closing of store, ensure drawers balance, must be accurate in all aspects of work.
General Expectations: Exhibit the Core Values of Dollar Loan Center as you manage and make your store profitable to company expectations
Job Requirements
Skills and Experience Required and Recommended:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum two years of management of a busy store in retail, banking, etc.
Computer literate.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in areas such as lending, cash handling and collections is an advantage but not a requirement.
English required/Spanish bi-lingual a plus.
Familiar with basic office equipment.
Have reliable transportation.
Satisfactorily pass a background check.
