About this job
Looking for a new repair service technician to service restaurant equipment. A good driving record required. A background check is required. No convictions. WILL TRAIN SUITABLE PERSONNEL. Job requires on call status . We are an emergency response company and are on call 24/7. We also have a maintenance program with our customers. Would like applicant to know how to work with gas and electric equipment. Some of the equipment we service are fryers, ovens, stoves, and broilers. Must be good with people and not afraid to learn and get dirty.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Must be knowledgeable of troubleshooting and repair of commercial food service equipment . Must be able to understand electrical wiring schematics. Maintain equipment files showing maintenance performed and repair cost. Must have some basic electrical and plumbing skills. Must be able to order repair parts and maintain a basic parts inventory. Must have good communication skills both oral and written. Must utilize safety equipment and exercise good safety practices at all times. Required to provide and wear OSHA approved safety shoes. Performs other duties as required. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be 21 or older.Code word if you read this is frymaster.
