Business Development Manager-Evansville Location - Full-time

This a full time position for the Evansville-based Home Instead Senior Care franchise. Individual will perform marketing & sales tasks for leading provider of non-medical in home senior care services.  Primary responsibilities include networking and marketing visits with referral sources in a 4-county area, phone and in-person consultations with prospective clients, development of individualized service plans,  participation in local health fairs, community events/committees. Daily car travel and set office hours required. (This is not a telecommute position).  Salaried position with no medical benefits. Position requires participation in after hours On Call rotation for phone support to clients and CAREGivers. 
Seeking efficient and organized individual that can function to meet weekly individual accountabilities, while working as a team player with office staff. Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, ability to interact with wide variety of people. Knowledge of senior care, in-home services and community resources preferred.  Shared company vehicle available for some business travel.  Ideal candidate will possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent applicable work experience.
