Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the operations of the dining services department
* Actively preparing meals, ordering food, planning the menu, and checking in food delivery
* Ensuring that equipment is maintained and that safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly adhered to
* Training, managing, and scheduling of staff to ensure that excellent customer service is provided
* Ensuring that food is prepared and presented in an appetizing manner

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* 3 years of commercial kitchen experience, including front and back of house supervisory experience
* Must have excellent customer service and leadership skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
* Must enjoy and have passion for working with seniors
* Must meet all heatlh requirement (including TB) and pass background checks
