Spartan Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Aviation (A&P) Quality and Safety Manager in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.     

Job Description:  Selected candidate will be working for a major airline and will be responsible for managing local operations for quality assurance, training coordination and Environmental Health and Safety. 

Pay:  $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience and qualifications

Shift/Hours:  Varies – 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:

• Organize all communications in the company related to Aviation Safety, EHS and Training
• Must have a current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and Bachelor’s Degree
• At least five (5) years of work experience in aircraft maintenance with maintenance and inspection background
• Experience working as a Quality Engineer in the aerospace industry preferred
• Detailed understanding of FAA Rules and Regulations and preferable EASA Part 145
• Ability to travel abroad when necessary
• Able to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work
• Good communication and analytical skills
