Location/Commute Distance (Position is in Lincolnshire, IL)

Hours - Monday through Friday(five 8 hour shifts) No weekends - Must be available to work assigned shift which could consist of an 8 hour shift between 7:00 am - 9:00 pm

Pay - $16.25 hourly - 40 hours weekly (Full Time)

General Job Overview:
These positions are with a major Human Resource Company. The position involves assisting employees of Fortune 500 companies with benefit enrollment. The company assists many major companies with employee benefits. Some of the general responsibilities include: answering inbound calls and assisting customers regarding account changes or enrollment, verifying account info to ensure complete security of customer confidentiality, providing customers with general information regarding their benefit enrollment, escalating issues to proper department to ensure that customers have any issues resolved.

- Customer Service Experience (does not have to specifically be in a call center environment)
- Strong communications skills - customer service experience - professional attitude
- Ability to interact with customers and assist with requests while maintaining integrity and following established protocol
- Ability to submit to drug screen and criminal background check as part of hiring process
- Ability to submit to an Employment Credit Check as part of hiring process
- Team player mentality (individual achievement is rewarded
