We have a full-time opening for a Labor Cost Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Labor Cost Manager
This position is Full Time and pays $9.50 to $11.00 an hour or $30,000.00 yearly salary and includes benefits. Applicants must have one year of experience.
Will work through systems and procedures to ensure the following is completed:
* Run a total labor of 20%
* Ensure scheduled labor % does not exceed total labor Goal
* Ensure the schedule is posted no later than Friday, schedule reflects employee performance and zlc's
* Post employee performance results
* Update ZLC % every week in the schedule
* Communicate staffing needs with General Manager
* Schedule Interviews
* Conduct new hire orientations
* Conduct first interview
* Ensure employee time cards are accurate
* All new hire paperwork is completed through Snag-a-job
* All new hire paper work is scanned into employee files
* All write ups are scanned into employee files
