We have a full-time opening for a Maintenance and Cleaning Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Maintenance and Cleaning Manager
This position is Full Time and pays $9.50 to $11.00 an hour or $30,000.00 yearly salary and includes benefits. Applicants must have one year of experience.
Will work through systems and procedures to ensure the following is completed:
* Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly, semi-annually and annual maintenance is completed
* Ensure all vendors sign into a vendor log
* Purchase all small wares without exceeding budget
* Record all maintenance issues into maintenance log
* Ensure landscape company maintains property within their scope of work
* Communicate all maintenance issues with General Manager
