We have a full-time opening for a Guest Service Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Guest Service Manager
This position is Full Time and pays $9.50 to $11.00 an hour or $30,000.00 yearly salary and includes benefits. Applicants must have one year of experience.
Will work through systems and procedures to ensure the following is completed:
* Above system avg on guest surveys
* Ensure store is RER at all times
* Ensure egg hunts are completed accurately
* Ensure fox hunts are completed accurately
* Ensure all service checks are responded too and closed out within 48 hours
* Ensure all store level complaints are recorded accurately and coupons are mailed weekly
* Ensure we run 1:38 or lower window SOS
* Q-timer reports posted and discussed in ally rallies
