First Cook
Will oversee attractive/nutritious meal preparation for patients/residents, cafeteria and special functions as well as maintain sanitary conditions. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in high-volume production, particularly in a leadership role and ServSafe certification.
Position require flexibility in scheduling and availability for weekend rotation. Previous Fine Dining Restaurant or Healthcare experience and Culinary Arts degree are desirable.
