About this job

  • Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
  • Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
  • Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Assists Director of Operations in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring and developing Shift Leaders & Assistant Managers
  • Help Develop and Train Crew member to take the next step and become Shift Leaders.
  • Conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains
  • Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
  • Performs day-to-day responsibilities such as using cash register, operating grill and sandwich maker, taking customer orders, etc., as needed.
  • Trains to gain the skills and experience necessary for promotion to General Manager
  • Responsible for the overall operations of their unit in regards to Food, Service, Maintenance and Profitability
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
