About this job

The CC Representative is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, making outbound sales calls,performing on-line data entry and other miscellaneous duties. We are currently looking to fill one newly created position. This position is a part time 4-5 days a week, which will include every other weekend. There is an opportunity for additional hours as business dictates.
These positions will start at $10.50 per hour and reviewed after 90 days.

Contact Center Responsibilities
* Respond with courtesy and in a professional manner to all incoming calls.
* Read, understand, and organize all mail outs, e-mail, and voicemail messages to keep up-to-date with product changes and developments.
* Demonstrate good understanding of agent's role, products, policies and services.
* Listen attentively and maintain good voice manner while engaged in conversations with agents/customers/fellow employees.
* Watch for callers waiting in the phone queue and place a high priority on quickly answering the calls.
* Using the Company. database system, enter all incoming telephone requests for scooter rentals/sales, changes in rentals update agent's information and related requests.
* Accurately and thoroughly respond to all customer questions regarding rentals and sales and all other customer services type inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records on computer.
* Transfer all calls that should be handled by other individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customer to secure rentals and look for new business.
* Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting or technical issues
* Promote monthly sales specials and strive to achieve monthly sales goals.

Knowledge & Skills Required

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* EXPERIENCE in a either a Call Center or Professional office environment with high telephone contact is a must.
* Detail oriented
* Excellent verbal/telephone manner.
* Customer service experience/training helpful.
* Good sales experience/training helpful
* Good keyboarding skills. (minimum 40 wpm)
* Must be fluent in using Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
* Bilingual is preferred, but not required
* Must be available from 8am-- 8pm 7 days a week. Shifts will vary.
