An immediate opportunity is available for a creative individual to work in the Financial Operations, Technology and HR departments at Givens Estates. Duties will include, but are not limited to, providing direct support in areas of Financial Operations and Technology for general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, technology services for computers, phone, cable, etc... as well as HR backup support for the application process, new hire drug screening, background screening and other administrative assistance. The Administrative Assistant will also provide administrative support to CFO and HR Director as needed. Qualified candidates must be able to handle heavy customer interaction with general public, prospective employment applicants, residents, current employees, and others. Qualified applicants will be required to work with an electronic records management program and be able to perform routine as well as complicated clerical and administrative duties.

Qualified candidates should have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or the equivalent work experience. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, above average computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and database management. Qualified candidates must show initiative within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to multi-task while providing exemplary customer service.
