APAC Customer Services, Inc., an EGS Company is ranked one of the largest employers in the area. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with the desire to provide excellent customer support to our Fortune 500 client!

Customer Account Manager Position:
-Initiate phone calls to customers to discuss operational software/services needs
-Share product knowledge, problem causes, sales methods, and resolutions with other team members
-Continually broaden understanding of client and client products through a wide range of ongoing training
-Utilize various software applications to optimize efficiency and performance
-Describe software products/licensing to prospects
-Build effective relationships with the channel to close opportunities in a timely fashion
-Build effective relationships with the client
-Continually develop communication skills for higher level of effectiveness
-Develop awareness of customer needs and expectations

Job Requirements

Education:
-High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
-Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g., Sales/Marketing, Business, Information Technology) strongly preferred.

Experience:
-Three or more years of sales/prospecting experience required.
-Experience in portfolio and/or pipeline management required.
-Experience in business or project planning execution and evaluation of results preferred.
-Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:
-Must have exceptional customer service skills as demonstrate through prior sales/customer service experience.
-Must be able to demonstrate sales/prospecting skills, including a successful track record of outstanding sales performance.
-Must be comfortable selling over the telephone to existing and new customers.
-Excellent internal and external customer service skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of customers and business partners.
-Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
-Strong personal computer skills including proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite of products.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
-Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
