Job Requirements:
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Greet HR visitors and respond to any questions and inquiries regarding Human Resource policies. Prepare appropriate documentation and process necessary paperwork. Assist in employment verifications as necessary, process head-set returns, and manage the employee locker process. Ensure that front lobby is well maintained and presentable to guest. Provide information to callers and potential employees.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
3+ years of office experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Must be well organized, pay close attention to detail, and be able work in a confidential work environment.
High School Diploma required
In addition: Ability to understand individuals needs and guide them towards finding answers to their questions. Knowledge of HR processes and procedures as well as benefits information. Ability to multi-task. Flexibility with schedule including some nights and weekends during peak seasons
