CoWorx Staffing is now interviewing for multiple contract openings available at our client located in Danbury, CT. We are seeking Real Estate Specialists experienced with the following:







PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Work in partnership with the company's internal and external customers to effectively market customer properties in a manner that is consistent with client policies, procedures, and contract parameters. Administer the company's Home Marketing Assistance Program through interaction with the brokerage community. Provide coaching, focus on agent prepared strategy and marketing action plan, and compliance with client policy requirements. Coordinate all functions to both minimize cost and maximize client and customer satisfaction.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide real estate and marketing expertise.

Successfully partner with all internal and external customers to complete property marketing action plan.

Assist in educating the appropriate party regarding an understanding of the marketing action plan and ensure that the individual is comfortable with supporting and providing this plan to the customer.

Act as a resource for customers to negotiate offers and/or closing issues when necessary and appropriate.

Ensure that supplier partners perform all necessary tasks related to the sale and closing of each property.

Establish effective working relationship with both Network and Non-Network brokers to successfully implement all primary functions for the sale of a property. Coordinate ordering, reviewing, analyzing the agent-prepared Broker Market Analysis (BMA) and property marketing action plan.

Provide expertise to both monitor and guide agent activities and communications defined within their action plan, all according to Cartus and client policy and procedural requirements.

Coordinate development of agents’ initial strategy and all subsequent marketing updates as required by specific client contracts and programs.

Write property marketing strategies and updates, maximizing efficiency by effectively using supporting real estate market information and data provided by the agent.

Complete quality-based, timely, system summaries of all initial strategies and marketing updates in order to communicate this information to the customer.

Serve as an objective, real estate, subject matter expert and resource to both internal and external customers.

Maintain working knowledge of corporate client policies to effectively manage critical marketing information and events.

Proactively communicate property marketing issues to appropriate party. Ability to manage reviewing and signing of legal documents, including but not limited to third party contracts and Cartus Custom State Contracts.

Work with appropriate personnel at first identification of red flag property characteristics.

Analyze, communicate, and identify solutions for implementation to successfully sell these properties.

Work with Regional Closing Office when necessary and appropriate to resolve closing issues.

Efficiently and effectively utilize technology as tool for communication and data management.




Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / SELECTION CRITERIA

Four year degree or two years relevant experience highly preferred

Customer service experience required

Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior relocation, real estate or related field experience desired

Strong organizational and analytical skills



This position will require the ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings.
