Learning and Development has a dynamic opportunity for an Operational Trainer
to join our

Mission Valley team.

On
In-Class training days this person will be spending 8 hours with the
learners. They will typically work 30 minutes of overtime on these days.
They will engage the learners, create professional and safe learning
environments, and handle knowledge transfer. The group size varies from 4
to 25. On non-training days they will work on projects such as training
initiatives. They'll use project planning tools, attend meetings,
complete reports, and assist in writing curriculum. Whether they are in
class or out of class, this is an independent contributor role.

Requirements

Required
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 6+ months of Operational Training Experience.
  • Current proficiency with
    Microsoft Office:  Microsoft Word, Excel,
    Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel up
    to 25%.
  • Experience delivering
    training, coaching, mentoring, or leading workshops or seminars.
  • Pharmacy Operations
    experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Pharmacy Mail Service Operations or Fulfillment experience.
  • Experience training Pharmacy Clerks, Technicians and Pharmacists.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician.
  • POET certification.
